Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bottle Sparkling white wine (750 ml) for a smaller gathering, or 2 bottles for a larger crowd
  • 1 Bottle Cran-Apple Juice Ocean Spray or similar brand
  • 3 Apples Sliced
  • 3 Peaches Sliced
  • 12 Berries Raspberries or Cranberries For garnish

Instructions
 

  • Combine Liquids: In a large pitcher, mix together the sparkling white wine and cran-apple juice. The effervescence of the sparkling wine will add a lively touch to the sangria.
  • Prepare Fruits: On a cutting board, slice the apples and peaches into thin rounds or wedges.
  • Add Fruits: Place the sliced apples and peaches into the pitcher with the wine and juice mixture.
  • Stir and Infuse: Use a stirring spoon to mix all the ingredients well. Cover the pitcher and place it in the refrigerator for at least one hour. This allows the flavors to meld and the fruits to infuse their natural sweetness into the liquid.
  • Garnish and Serve: Before serving, add a handful of cranberries to each cocktail or wine glass for a burst of color and an additional layer of flavor. Pour the chilled sangria into the glasses and serve immediately.
