Agnieszska Tynkiewicz-Gile is the Estate Owner and Director of Terre di San Giustino Vineyard in Italy: She is the founder of the fully organic boutique vineyard situated in the Tuscan countryside. She is a Licensed Italian Farmer (IAP) and, since, 2009, she has been developing her own range of Chiati wines. Currently, San Guistino vineyard consists of 2.5 ha of vineyards, 3 ha of olive groves and 120 ha of lush Chiati forests. The low yield of grapes is a very deliberate decision intended to create a small amount of boutique wine of the highest quality.
