  • Favourite Grape
    Varieties:
Too many to pick one. I love acid-driven wines with minerality. . If I have to pick a few, then Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay, Gamay, Grenache. I also love indigenous Italian varieties like Grignolino.

    Travel Tip:
Be curious. Go with an open mind. Instead of asking “do you have?” and then listing the grapes you like, ask “what wines do you have?” If nervous to try a new unheard of grape variety, ask what other grapes it might be like. And try local wines with local cuisine….that is how you find some perfect pairings!
