Eberle winery plays host to the first wine caves in the Paso Robles wine region. Gary Eberle, a regional pioneer is the winemaker who founded the winery. With over 38 years of experience and history at Eberle, Gary still greets guests daily with complimentary wine tastings, public tours of the production facility and 16,000 square feet of underground caves.
The Eberle Winery Caves are also said to be haunted.

I’ve been an Eberle wine club member for several years and didn’t hesitate to book our destination wedding at Eberle Winery! Oralia and Cara were amazing event hosts! Our ceremony overlooking the vineyard was spectacular and our reception in the wine cave was so unique and romantic! I highly recommend Eberle for any special event. Their wines are all delicious!
