We have crafted the only tropical wines produced in the U.S. that are made without grapes, using executively Redland tropical fruits. Imagine, wine tasting around natural coral waterfalls surrounded by lush tropical foliage. We currently offer five varieties Carambola, Mango, Lychee, Guava and Passion Fruit. Each has it's own style and personality. It's something you must taste yourself.
Wine tastings are available daily and tours are available hourly Saturday and Sunday and by reservation on weekdays. We also plan to have 6 festivals a year, please call for more information.
Come check out our large tasting room. It features a strikingly beautiful tasting bar, shadowed by a tree-like glass rack. When you begin to appreciate the architecture of the Grand Tasting Room, you will catch a glimpse of the detailed mural located on the ceiling. As you enter the grandiose double doors of Schnebly winery, the lush courtyard and natural coral waterfalls will provide a backdrop for an unforgettable afternoon wine tasting.

Our Ultimate tasting is $12.95 per person you get to try five unique wines and keep the wine glass as souvenir; when you come back with the glass your tasting will be 50% off!
Weekend tours take about 45-60 min. Your tour guide will take you through our beautiful estate, share the history on the family, and take you through the whole wine making process. You will also have the unique opportunity to venture into our brewery, Miami Brewing Company, and learn all about how we craft our fine brews! Your tour guide will show you each of the steps needed to handcraft our unique Schnebly Wines and Miami Brewing Co. Beers. Tours are on a first come basis and can be purchased in our Retail Room.
