The Sorelle Bronca Winery produces traditional local wines which demonstrate how man is able to get the best from nature. The wines are grown in family-owned vineyards which we care for with genuine passion and harvest strictly by hand.
We use natural, spontaneous, indigenous and non-select yeasts. We only harvest by hand. We don't use hoppers, we don't do whole bunch pressing or de-stemming preferring to move straight to the soft pressing process. We make our sparkling wines in refrigerated autoclaves taken directly from the must, a long, laborious technique we have been using for more than 10 years.
Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG has an inimitable elegance with a pale straw colour, moderate body and characteristic fresh bouquet of fruit and flowers. The wine is produced in three versions, Sparkling, Semi-sparkling and Still. The Sparkling is the most famous of these and by far the most successful. It is produced in three versions, Brut, Extra Dry and Dry based on sugar residue. The Brut is the driest while the Dry is the softest.
