Cass Vineyard and Winery is located in the rolling, oak-studded hills between Paso Robles and Creston on California’s beautiful Central Coast. This area that the vineyard calls home offers quiet serenity for the visitor and an ideal growing environment for wine grapes.
Sited due east of the “Templeton Gap”, we receive the evening’s cooling breezes that the west side of Paso Robles is noted for. We also rest far enough from the coast to generate the heat needed to optimally ripen the Rhone varieties grown on our 145 acre estate vineyard. Lodging at CASS Winery
Located on the northwest corner of the 145 acre Cass Vineyard, The Guesthouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, front deck with vineyard views and nicely landscaped front and back yards.
Renovated in 2011 and 2012, it is filled with designer colors and filled with a mixture of “shabby chic.”

Tasting
Our Tasting Room is open daily 11-5pm. You may opt to taste up at the bar or sit on our shaded veranda as we offer tableside tasting as well. Wine by the glass and bottles are also available for purchase.
$15 or $20 tasting fee (waived with bottle purchase or wine club sign up).
Library Tasting Experience
Join Owner Steve Cass, Owner Ted Plemmons, Winemaker Sterling Kragten or Sommelier Katie Gebauer for an intimate tasting experience. Sip through 5-6 Library wines all while learning about the heritage and history of Cass Winery.

Member's Lounge
Each and every Saturday, Wine Club Member's and their guests (limited seating) are invited to join us in our beautiful Wine Library where we are offering our full cafe' and wine tasting menus, including an exclusive and rotating Library wine offering!
Member's Lounge open every Saturday from 11:00-4:30pm. Complimentary tasting for members and 20% off all wine and food purchases. Café
In addition to wine tasting, our on-site cafe' is open daily from 11am-5pm. Reservations are required for groups of 6 or more and we strongly recommend that these reservations are made at least one week prior to your visit. For all smaller parties, all other tables are offered on a first come, first served basis.

Swirl, Sip and Savor: A Sensory Wine Seminar
Cass Winery offers the perfect educational venue to help you become a more advanced taster and wine aficionado. Katie Bay, Certified Specialist of Wine and Level II Sommelier, guides you through a lively, sensory experience involving analyzation, discussion and tasting of wines. New topics and wines are showcased each month so your discoveries remain exciting and fresh!
Each session provides you with a variety of inter-active opportunities that offers immediate, personal advancement in the knowledge of wine history, heightened recognition and identification of aromas, expanded tasting techniques, appreciation for the subtleties of food pairings, and a true ability to understand the language of wine.
Katie promises you that exploring the rich nuances of wine can be simple, inspiring, and above all, fun!
Offered on a monthly basis, public seminars are limited to 16 guests.
