About this winery

In the heart of Franciacorta, in Camignone, is the centuries-old residence with sixteenth-century cellars of Mosnel. Bearing witness to a long wine-making tradition, within the Franciacorta DOC. The company has been around since 1968, under the wise guidance of Emanuela Barboglio. At the head of Mosnel there is the fifth generation of winemakers today. Giulio Barzanò manages the technical, commercial and winemaking side. While Lucia Barzanò deals with marketing, external relations and administration.

All the vineyards are conducted using the organic method, 40 hectares of almost single-body property. 

All Mosnel Franciacorta wines undergo atleast part of the fermentation in wood.

Mosnel Winery offers thematic tasting evenings, lunches or dinners for groups of at least 20 people.
Cellar & estate tour
- Visits to the cellars, the village and the park with tasting of the Franciacorta DOCG accompanied by local meats and cheeses. - Cycling tours and walking in the vineyards with the possibility to book picnic baskets; - On request they organize seminars, tasting courses and cooking classes. On average, the duration of visits is 1 hour and 30 minutes. For the visit of the cellars it`s recommend you wear clothing suitable for low temperatures and high humidity in the rooms.
