From the first bottle of Curtefranca in 1968, to the first bottle of Franciacorta in 1979, the Cavalleri surname stands out for Franciacorta wine.

The Cavalleri family owns 42 hectares of vineyards which can yield about 200,000 bottles annually. Cavalleri wines are almost always sold out among the best restaurants and shops in Italy and around the world.

In terms of winemaking, the filtration, fining and sulfur dioxide is all is kept to a minimum, intervening only when truly necessary. In the wine cellar, shielded from sunlight and sudden changes of temperature, the wine evolves and ages, maturing with its own personality and strengthening its character.
