When the Faccoli brothers began to make sparkling wine, they were only twenty. Franciacorta Faccoli wines are most recognized by their minimal sugar dosage, which is always very low. But Dry Sparkling Wines are not the sole characteristic of their wines. The time spent on the lees of the each cuvée helps to define the character of each wine. The company works with respect in Franciacorta wine country, using the classic style of production here. The vines are cared for by hand, and healthy grapes are often harvested early in order to preserve acidity, an essential component of a long-lived bubble.
