Nestled in the rolling foothills of the Swan Creek Wine Appellation within the Yadkin Valley, family-owned Raffaldini Vineyards brings Tuscan charm to North Carolina. Known widely as “Chianti in the Carolinas” Raffaldini currently produces only classically dry Italian style wines ranging from reds like Sangiovese Classico, Montepulciano Riserva, Sagrantino and Grande Riserva with the white being Vermentino and a sparking Prosecco style wine called Auguri. Raffaldini hosts public and private events throughout the year and is the definitive place for lovers of dry wines.
Walk-ins are accepted and will be seated if we have availability but there is no guarantee of seating without a reservation.
Private events still require an email reservation sent to info@raffaldini.com In order to comply with federal and local laws, please bring a photo ID which will verify that you are over 21 years old. We ID all customers.
Take a walk through our vines and learn about the history of Raffaldini, soil, geography and winemaking techniques that make us unique. Guided Tours of the vineyards are suspended at this time, but will resume in May.

Before traveling to visit, be aware they no longer allow family’s to be on premises. When this place first opened it was common to see the green areas filled with blankets and family’s. No longer!! The place is stuffy, staff unfriendly, don’t go unless you have a reservation and there are plenty other wineries in the area with friendly staff and pretty views. I would not waste my time.
