Mendoza is as much a food trip as a wine one. A few that earned a spot:
- The winery lunches in the Uco Valley, several bodegas do multi-course pairings with Andes views; book the early slot for the light.
- In town, the parrillas are the move, big Malbec, bigger steaks.
- Don't skip the humble empanada stops between bodegas; they're the best snack between tastings.
Pace tip: one bodega lunch + one afternoon tasting is plenty. What did you eat in Mendoza that you'd fly back for?
