About Champagne Michel Gonet (Villa Signolle)
Villa Signolle at 37 Avenue de Champagne is the Gonet family's neo-gothic townhouse and guesthouse, where tastings take place in the salons or on the terrace. The 60-minute Les Intemporels tasting pours Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs and Rosé for 24 EUR; Les Millésimés compares three vintage Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs for 36 EUR, and a seven-glass blind tasting is 48 EUR. No cellar tour, but the house's own Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs are the focus.
