About Champagne Bonvalet
Guillaume Bonvalet made his first cuvée in 2012 and built the house from scratch with his Belgian wife Pauline in the centre of Pierry. A 45-minute tasting of three cuvées is 15 EUR, the 1h30 L'Expérience tour and tasting is 20 EUR, and a food and wine pairing is 45 EUR, with groups capped at nine. Open Monday to Friday and Saturday, closed Sunday; Terra Vitis and HVE3 certified.
Visitors single out young founders, small groups, food pairings. The estate dates from 2012.
