About Champagne Le Gallais
The 90-minute Le Gallais Experience walks through the press, vat room and the vaulted cellars under the 16th-century manor, then into the walled Clos, ending with three wines on a terrace above the Marne valley. A 30-minute three-cuvee tasting, a charcuterie pairing and sabrage are also offered. Tuesday to Saturday, in French or English.
