Bodega Colomé has been producing wine since 1831. Located in the area of the High Calchaquí Valleys, at 2300 meters above sea level. 25 km from the historic town of Molinos (Province of Salta, in northern Argentina). Next to the winery is the Estancia Colomé, the James Turrel Museum and the Visitor Center.

Unique and natural dishes can be prepared for you by the chef of the winery. The ingredients are mostly produced in our garden and farm where we follow agroecological practices that go beyond the organic to achieve natural flavors and textures.

Among the dishes, Andean and regional cuisine of Northern Argentina stands out in a fusion of exquisite flavors. We look for the perfect pairing with the wines of Bodega Colomé: Maximum Height, Torrontés, Estate, Authentic and Special Lots. We understand pairing as a perfect marriage between the flavors of Andean cuisine and high-end wines.
