The 2pm visit walks through the vat room to explain each stage of production, then into a 12th-century cellar for the history of the house, and finishes with three cuvees. The guided tour is free for individuals and takes about 30 minutes; tasting is charged per glass. Groups of 15 or more can book a meal with wine pairings in the cellar or above the vines.
