About Champagne Gruet

The Gruet family has been in Buxeuil since 1670 and Claude Gruet sold his first cuvees in 1975. The commented tasting of three champagnes comes with gougeres, and the range runs from the Brut Selection to a Cuvee des 3 Blancs made with Pinot Blanc and Arbane. Guided visits of press, vat room and cellars are for groups; booking well ahead is advised from May to October.

Visitors single out rare grapes, tasting with gougeres, family since 1670. The estate dates from 1975.
