About Champagne Laval-Louis
A 90-minute visit takes in the traditional press, the fermentation room and the vaulted cellars, and the family still disgorges by hand. The tasting covers three wines: Brut Traditionnel, Brut Rose and the all-Chardonnay Cuvee Philippe Louis. Groups are capped at twelve and the estate has three guest rooms.
