About Champagne Le Brun de Neuville
The Cote de Sezanne's main cooperative house, set in a modern building outside Bethon with vaulted galleries cut into the chalk more than 19 metres underground and around two million bottles ageing below. A visit takes about two hours: the cellars, a display of old photographs and equipment in the reception hall, then a commented tasting of three cuvees in the renovated boutique. Vineyard tours can be arranged on request.
Visitors single out deep chalk galleries, modern architecture, three-cuvee tasting.
