The champagne of the Avize wine school, made and sold by around 380 students and apprentices under the head winemaker. Cellar visits and tastings run Monday to Friday, 8:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:00. Worth the stop if you want to see how the next generation of Champagne winemakers is trained.
