About Falkner Winery
The Falkner family has made wine here since 2000 on a hilltop with some of the widest vineyard views in the valley; tastings run daily 10am to 5pm with reservations recommended for the al fresco tasting. The Pinnacle Restaurant upstairs serves lunch Wednesday to Sunday behind near floor-to-ceiling windows, and the list runs from Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah to the Amante super-Tuscan blend.

Visiting
Book ahead. About an hour and a half to two hours south-east of Downtown LA via the 5 and 15; roughly an hour and 15 minutes from Irvine, and the Rancho California Road wineries sit a few minutes apart once you arrive.
