About this winery

A desert oasis winery located a short one hour's drive from Las Vegas complete with a full service restaurant. Enjoy a wine tour, wine tasting, and delicious meal as you overlook the grounds and small estate vineyard. Wines are produced from grapes grown on property, several other Nevada vineyards, and California under three labels. Enjoy the hospitality of our friendly staff and be a part of Nevada wine history.

Pahrump Valley Winery's Restaurant - Symphony's

Dine by the vines! Our "upscale casual" restaurant Symphony's, is named after our gold medal winning wine of the same name. While we are a white linen restaurant, we want you to dine lavishly yet dress comfortably. We respectfully request that gentleman do not wear sleeveless shirts, headwear or flip-flops.

Lunch

Lunch hours are 11:30-3 daily for lunch. We serve a variety of sandwiches, salads and lunch-sized entrees. Prices start around $12. Sorry, but we don't accept lunch reservations, except certain holidays listed below.

Dinner

Hours for dinner are 5:00 to close (around 8-8:30). We serve Prime Black Angus steaks, incredible seafood, and pasta. Dinner entrees start around $17. We take dinner reservations at 775-751-7800 and recommend them.

Offered from 10:30 am to 8 pm daily, choose up to seven complimentary wine tastings from more than twenty different red and white wines.

Cellar & estate tour

Pahrump Valley Winery offers free daily tours of the winery and the grounds at 11:30 / 1:30 / 3:30 p.m. most days with some exceptions on holidays. We explain the history of the winery, growing grapes in Nevada and an overview on how we make wine. You should allow about 20+ minutes for the tour.
