At the large bar you may enjoy a tasting of six wines off a fixed tasting menu that is intended to give you the full range of what Pedernales Cellars has to offer. Appointments required on Saturdays and for groups of more than six people.

Winetravelers are encouraged to enjoy their time at the estate, roam the grounds, enjoy the calm setting, and take in our incredible Texas Hill Country views, on our shaded outdoor patio, with a glass of the wine you’re most curious about from your tasting experience.
The best way for wine lovers to experience Pedernales Cellars is by taking our private guided estate tour. Visitors are guided through a tour of our wine-making facilities, estate and underground cellar. At the end of your private tour you’ll enjoy an intimate private tasting with a member of our staff.
Featured wines vary over time depending on availability. Typically, the full range of our wines is available for tasting and is accompanied by a light food pairing. Private tours are arranged by appointment.
