A family Corpinnat house founded in 1924 that hand-disgorges its sparkling wines rather than freezing them, with small guided groups led by a family member or sommelier who explains the process in depth.
Visitors single out corpinnat story, family-led tours, passionate guides. The wines to look for are Macabeo, Xarel-lo, Parellada. The estate dates from 1924.
Visiting
Reservation required. Sant Sadurní d'Anoia is about 40 minutes from Barcelona on the AP-7, and Vilafranca del Penedès another 15 minutes beyond it.
