About Ridgeview Wine Estate
Founded in 1995, Ridgeview was one of the first estates to specialise in English sparkling wine and was named IWSC Winemaker of the Year in 2018. The ninety-minute tour and tasting overlooks Chardonnay vines and runs hourly from 11am to 3pm; advance booking is recommended but walk-ins are taken subject to availability.
Visitors single out panoramic vineyard views, easy train access, award-winning sparkling. The wines to look for are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier. The estate dates from 1995.
Visiting
Walk-ins most days; book on weekends. About an hour to Ridgeview and Bolney, closer to an hour and twenty minutes to Wiston and Rathfinny, and an hour and forty minutes to Tinwood near Chichester.
