About this winery

A little further along the slope in Epesses, La Maison Massy keeps the Clos du Boux — the only walled Grand Cru clos in the village, a listed 1630 building enclosing about 1.7 hectares of vines first laid out by Bernese settlers. Founded at the end of the 19th century and now run by the fourth generation, the house is known for structured, decorated Chasselas from Epesses, Dézaley and Saint-Saphorin. Visits and tastings are by appointment — well worth booking to stand inside the clos itself.
