Marie-Thérèse Chappaz is Switzerland’s most celebrated biodynamic vigneronne, farming steep parcels around Fully by hand and horse. Her Petite Arvine and sweet “Grain Noble” wines are among the country’s most sought-after — one scored a perfect 100 points, a first for a Swiss wine. Access is deliberately limited to reservation-only tasting weekends, so plan well ahead.
