Brecon Estate is a Boutique Estate Winery nestled in the rolling westside hills outside of Paso Robles, California. With an international award winning winemaker, we strive to produce exquisite and inviting wines for you and us to enjoy. Our wines are small batch ferments. Each has an individual story to tell and is sold exclusively through our tasting room. Such limited batches tend to sell out rapidly.

Brecon Estate is a highly acclaimed artisanal boutique winery that is at the forefront of producing world-class Paso Robles varietals including Petit Verdot, Albarino, Mourvedre and Syrah.

In its first couple of years, Brecon amassed over 70 gold/double gold/platinum and a handful of best-in-class awards from the top tier wine review publications and competitions. Brecon was recently named “Winery of the Year 2016” by Doug Wilder of the very prestigious industry publication, purely domestic wine report.

Damian Grindley, Brecon's owner and master winemaker, is a proud Welshmen with over 20 years experience crafting some of the most highly awarded wines across the United States, Australia, and Europe. After working in Paso Robles a decade ago, he decided to settle down here to pursue his dream of producing the most intriguing varietals that have been popularized in Bordeaux, Rhone Valley and even Northern Spain.
