Situated on their Westside vineyard on picturesque Vineyard Drive, the tasting room offers a lively tasting experience with a tasting flight full of variety. Unique single varietals are an Opolo specialty, as well as creative and delightful blends. Our flagship Mountain Zinfandel, is a crowd pleaser with its approachable fruit forward notes complimented by complex depth and body.

Opolo Vineyards encompasses over three hundred acres on both the Eastside and Westside of Paso Robles. The Westside property includes The Tasting Room, The Distillery, pizza oven, Inn at Opolo, walnut orchard, and over 70 acres of vines. Come join us for a vineyard tour of this idyllic Westside setting. Along the way, learn a bit about the vineyards, making wine and taste six of our acclaimed wines. The tour includes a visit to our hilltop event venue with absolutely striking views of the surrounding hills. Enjoy a flight of delicious wine, including a side by side comparison of our award-winning Cabernet Sauvignon and our Reserve Rhapsody (a meritage wine with beautiful balance and structure) and nibble on cheese and charcuterie.
