About Barrage Cellars
Small family winery in the Warehouse District, founded in 2006, where the owners and winemaker (Bonni and Kevin in reviews) are usually the ones pouring 100 percent varietal wines; reviewers single out the Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Malbec. Indoor and outdoor seating plus a shuffleboard table, and the owners bring out paper and markers for kids. Open Saturday and Sunday 1 to 5pm, no reservation needed.

Visiting
Walk-ins welcome. About 30 minutes northeast of downtown Seattle by SR 520 or I-5 and SR 522 outside rush hour; from the Kirkland and Bellevue side of Lake Washington it is 12 to 30 minutes up I-405, and from Sea-Tac about 35 minutes.
