Founded by Niels and Bimmer Udsen in 1983, Castoro Cellars is one of the oldest wineries in the Paso Robles area. Over the past 35 years Castoro has been a pioneer for organic and sustainable farming on the Central Coast.

Surrounded by our organically farmed Cobble Creek Vineyard, the Hive House can accommodate both large and small groups. Guests can book meals with our onsite chef, schedule private yoga classes, massage, private wine tasting and more. All while staying a short walk from the Castoro and Bethel Rd. tasting rooms. A 10% discount is applied to all bookings made by active wine club members.

Our tasting room is in the heart of the Paso Robles wine appellation on scenic Highway 46 West to Highway 1 and the likes of Cambria, Hearst Castle and the magnificent Big Sur coastline. Situated in the middle of our organically grown Cobble Creek Estate Vineyard, the tasting room offers a great place to picnic and enjoy a glass of delicious Paso Robles wine.
Inside our Mediterranean styled tasting room and wine shop there is always a varied selection of new releases, single vineyard and library wines to enjoy. Additionally, featured are local artisan products, gifts and gourmet food items. Our staff is highly trained, and eager to answer any questions you may have.
