About this winery

Founded by Niels and Bimmer Udsen in 1983, Castoro Cellars is one of the oldest wineries in the Paso Robles area. Over the past 35 years Castoro has been a pioneer for organic and sustainable farming on the Central Coast.

At Castoro Cellars we have some of the most beautiful estate grown vineyards in the world and we are fully committed to farming them sustainably and organically. We believe you can taste the difference!
