About Champagne Alfred Gratien

Alfred Gratien still ferments in small oak barrels, and the 90-minute Secrets de Chai visit walks the barrel cellar and caves before tasting the Brut and Cuvée Paradis Brut Millésimé for 40 EUR. A tour without tasting is 15 EUR, a 40-minute Signature tasting is 30 EUR, and a champagne and cheese workshop is 70 EUR. Visits leave at fixed times, four a day, in groups of around eight.

Visitors single out oak barrel cellars, small groups, cheese pairings. The estate dates from 1864.
