The Brice family has been in Bouzy since 1684; the estate is certified organic. The visit takes in the cellars, the oldest of which are dug out of the chalk, and a tasting of the cuvees. Open 9:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00 on weekdays, Saturday by appointment only.
Visitors single out organic grand cru, chalk cellars, weekday walk-ins.
