A family champagne brand with a shop on rue Noel where Caroline Dufour hosts the tastings herself. The basic session is 45 minutes with two cuvees, a Grande Reserve Grand Cru and a Blanc de Noirs; other formats add a sabrage initiation, a champagne lunch, oysters or caviar. Open Monday to Saturday 10 to 7 and Sunday 11 to 7; tastings need booking a day ahead.
