The Cattier family has grown vines in Chigny-les-Roses since 1625. Visits are by appointment and take in the century-old cellar, built in Romanesque-Gothic style, where bottles rest at least four years, followed by a tasting. No visit menu or prices are published online.
Visitors single out gothic cellar, long-aged cuvees, village setting. The estate dates from 1625.
