The salon hosts guided tastings of the Aÿ Grand Cru range, with or without appointment; a 45-minute private tasting of three cuvees is the entry format. Groups of six to sixteen can take a cellar session, and in fine weather the terrace runs as a champagne bar. A picnic option pairs a seasonal meal with three Grand Cru wines.
