The 90-minute Secrets of Production tour walks from press to bottling room and the historic cellars, then three Premier Cru cuvees on the terrace or in the reception room. A 30-minute three-cuvee tasting workshop is the cheaper option, and a three-hour vineyard version runs for groups of eight or more. Book at least 48 hours ahead.
