About Champagne Frederic Torchet
Frederic and Elise Torchet farm seven hectares, mostly Chardonnay, under sustainable viticulture, and part of the range is aged in oak, including a no-dosage Blanc de Blancs. Visits and tastings are by appointment in a simple, informal setting, Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to about 19:00, closed Sundays. The house also runs open-cellar weekends in spring with guided cellar visits and local produce.
