About Champagne Michel Gonet
A 90 minute cellar visit at Avize following the champagne from vineyard to glass, with a blind tasting of six champagnes and a beginners' masterclass also on the menu. The family also runs chef-cooked meals paired with its champagnes and its Bordeaux wines, and guest rooms on site. Open Monday to Friday 9:30-17:30, appointment requested.
