A few steps down from the street is a Cistercian cellar dating to the 11th century, where the commented visit covers the history of Champagne and of the Morize family. The Decouverte format ends with three cuvees (Tradition, Reserve, Rose de Saignee); the Grande Degustation covers the full range. Short closures in mid-August and over Christmas.
