Cécile Pertois and Vincent Bauchet run this independent grower estate in the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, with vines on the Côte des Blancs and the Sézannais. Visitors are shown the cellars and taste the range by appointment, with sales on site. Weekday hours are 9:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:30.
