About Champagne Ployez-Jacquemart
Tours leave at 10:00, 14:00 and 15:30 and cover the traditional press, stainless-steel vats, the cask and large-oak ageing room, two levels of old cellars, and the disgorging and dressing room, plus the vines beside the house. Roughly two hours with two champagnes to taste; a three-champagne version is also sold. Open Monday to Saturday, closed Sunday; the house also has guest rooms.
Visitors single out fixed tour times, oak vats, stay in the villa.
