About Champagne R. Dumont et Fils
Seven generations of the Dumont family farm 23 hectares at 369 metres, among the highest vineyards of the Cote des Bar, and have made their own champagne since the 1970s. The tasting room, decorated with a pyramid of bottles, is open Monday to Friday and at weekends by appointment. No price is published.
Visitors single out high-altitude vines, pinot noir focus, weekday tasting room.
