About Champagne Trichet-Lorain
A small family house ten minutes south of Reims that created its own label in 2005 after generations of growing. The one-hour workshop pairs two Premier Cru champagnes and a ratafia with cheese, charcuterie and Reims biscuits; the two-hour masterclass compares blends by terroir. Visits are by appointment only.
Visitors single out regional food pairing, masterclass format, close to reims. The estate dates from 2005.
