Vilmart vinifies and stores its reserve wines in oak barrels, which is what the tour is built around. The 90-minute format ends with three cuvees (Grande Reserve, Grand Cellier, Grand Cellier d'Or); pricier tastings of older wines are also listed. Open 9:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:30 with guided visits on request.
