About Château de Pibarnon
Château de Pibarnon farms one of the most dramatic sites in Bandol, a natural amphitheater of restanque terraces that rises to about 300 meters above La Cadière-d'Azur with the Mediterranean in the distance. Mourvèdre leads the reds, which are among the longest-lived in the appellation, and the rosé is one of the region's serious ones.
Visits and tastings are by appointment only, Monday to Saturday, closed Sundays and holidays; contact the estate for current pricing. Le Castellet and Bandol are each about fifteen minutes away.
