About this winery

Diamantakis works the foothills of Psiloritis, Crete's highest mountain, from the village of Kato Asites. Brothers Yiannis, Michalis and Zacharias founded it in 2007 on three generations of family vine-growing, and built its name on Vidiano, bottling a pure varietal version that has won international awards.

The range also takes in Liatiko, Mandilari and an Assyrtiko called "Petali." Vineyard visits and tastings are available by arrangement, with food pairings on offer.
