About Matsa Estate
Roxanne Matsa's organically farmed estate has grown vines in the Pallini area since the late nineteenth century and grows Malagousia, Syrah and Assyrtiko across twelve hectares. It is one of the best-reviewed wineries near Athens.
Visitors single out organic vineyard, tasting menu with local cheese, warm family welcome. The wines to look for are Malagousia, Syrah, Assyrtiko.
Visiting
Appointment only. Twenty-five to forty-five minutes from central Athens and ten to fifteen minutes from the airport, making this an easy half-day or pre-flight stop.
