Domaine de Tara farms on the Gordes road just outside Roussillon under the AOC Ventoux, with the ochre cliffs at its back. The estate has held High Environmental Value certification since 2017 and is converting to organic, with sheep grazing between the rows in winter.

The tasting room opens every day of the year from 10 am to 6 pm, holidays included, and walk-ins are welcome; groups should book. Since 2012 the barrel hall has hosted an art exhibition each summer, and the sparkling wine is the one visitors talk about.
